Payment Information

Fees are usually discussed in the Initial Consultation.
Many insurances will pay some portion of the fee.
I am a Provider for Blue Shield, TriCare Standard, United Behavioral Health, and United HealthCare.
Preauthorization Approval may be required by some insurances.
The client is ultimately responsible for understanding the benefits available, and for payment of the fee.

Cancelled Appointments

24 hours notice required for cancelled appointments without a charge.
